Orders are placed Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. During holidays period there might be extended delivery times.

Tracking shipments

Once we have shipped your order, we will send a shipment notification email which will include information that will help track your package.

Have you received a damaged package?

Always open packages in the presence of the courier if possible.

Returns and exchange policy

We always strive to provide our customers with the finest fragrances and goods, however, if you are not happy with your purchase, below you can find information on how you may return or exchange our products.

If you wish to return your order for a refund or exchange, please notify us before the expiry of 14 days after delivery. Unless faulty, goods can only be accepted for a return if they are in their original condition, unused and with their original packaging. Once notified, we will issue a Returns Number which should be enclosed with the returned goods. If a free ‘Thank You’ item has been included in your order, this must also be returned, as otherwise it may become chargeable.

Please note that, with an exception of incorrectly supplied or faulty goods, items which have been especially made to your specification cannot be returned.

When returning the items, we strongly recommend using recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery and retaining any proof of dispatch, as unfortunately, we cannot process goods which have been lost during transit.

Please note that postage or other costs of return will not be refunded unless you have received faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Once we receive the returned goods, we will reimburse you within 14 days. If you have requested an exchange, your returned items will be processed within 14 days and the replacement will be delivered using our standard shipping method.

 

Cancelling an Order

In most cases, you may cancel your order for any reason up to the point of dispatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time frame, any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 14 days. However, this right does not apply if we have made any products to your customised requirements using our specialist order service. You must notify us of your intention to cancel an order by email or by phone.
